SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are packed & shipped from Sydney! Orders are processed within1-3 business days after your order is confirmed via email, along with your tracking number.

Shipping Information

We currently ship Australia wide via Australia Post Standard Shipping. 

For orders under $75, there is a flat tracked postage fee of $10.95. Orders over $75 have free shipping!

No international shipping available (for now).​ 

 

Orders within Australia will arrive between 1-10 business days from dispatch. You can track your parcel at http://auspost.com.au/track.  

Please be mindful that due to the warm weather, we slightly over-activate our slime to ensure it arrives to you in the best condition! We do our best to protect and package your slime babies but once dispatched, it is out of our hands and there is a risk that damages may occur during the shipping process.

If you have any concerns or would like an update on the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to email us at sublimeslimes.official@gmail.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible!

Refund & Exchange Policy

Please review your Order carefully before placing it as we do not provide change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. 

Once an Order is confirmed and the price paid, we’ll provide a refund if we cancel or are unable to fulfil your Order.

 

In the event where a Product is sold out or otherwise unavailable, we will provide a full refund of the whole price paid for the Product. If we are unable to fulfil part of your Order, we will provide you with a refund of the part of the Order, which is unfulfilled. ​

 

We provide refunds if the product you bought is:

Not of acceptable quality; Does not match the description, ​provided that the quality or description of the product has not been damaged during the delivery process.

Before returning products to us, please note the following:

We are unable to reimburse postage costs incurred for returned/exchanged products unless it has a defect, is otherwise faulty, or we have shipped the incorrect product to you.

If you intend to reject or return a product, please notify us online.

Please do not throw the product away prior to receiving confirmation from a Sublimes representative.

In the event of a faulty product, we reserve the right to request for evidence of the faulty to be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the product(s) in question do not meet the above guidelines. ​

 

Returns can be done by:

Returning the product by sending it to our address, which shall be notified by a Sublimes representative upon reasonable request. Please note that returns must be made within 14 days from the date of your purchase.

However, please contact us via email if:

  • You listed the wrong delivery address in your order - contact me immediately before your item is posted!

  • Your order is incorrect, damaged, or faulty - send images and your tracking number.

  • There are any other issues with your order.
