Activator is what helps your slime set and make it less sticky ✨ You’ll get borax powder with your order and you can mix it with water to make a ready-to-use activator. Full instructions are in your Slime Care Sheet and the QR code under your tub. If your slime feels sticky, add a few drops at a time until you reach the texture you like.

Add small amounts of ready-to-use activator until your slime feels firmer and less sticky. You can also pop it in the fridge, but it may become very firm and may get a little condensation when you take it out. Hot Australian weather can make slime soften naturally, and some textures are meant to be a bit stickier than others.

If your slime feels a bit over-activated, leave it in its container in a warm spot or gentle sunlight so it can soften up. We may send it firmer on purpose, especially during hot Aussie weather, to help it arrive in good condition. A little patience usually does the trick ♡

Our slimes are made with PVA and borax. It may also include colourant, fragrance oil, mineral oil, unscented lotion, unscented soap, vegetable glycerine, clay, plant-based food colouring, liquid watercolour, liquid acrylic ink, non-toxic craft materials and absorbent polymers. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please check the ingredient list carefully before you order and stop using it straight away if you notice any skin irritation!

Our slimes are best for ages 7 and up ✨ They’re made to be a fun, sensory play experience with lots of textures, add-ins, and scents to explore. We don’t recommend them for children under 7. If you’re shopping for a younger slime fan, please keep that in mind before you order.

No stress — if slime gets on the bottom label or QR code, gently wipe it with a little water and tissue. Just don’t scrub too hard, or the print may fade. ✨ Your front/top name labels have an extra vinyl layer, so they’re better protected from slime too!

Yes — Sublimes ships across Australia ♡ Because we're based locally, you can enjoy handmade slimes without the hassle of international shipping. Shipping options and costs will show at checkout, and tracking is usually provided once your order is on its way.

Keep your slime sealed in its container when you're not playing with it, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Aussie heat can make slime softer, so putting it back in the tub after play helps it stay fresh and stretchy for longer!

We accept credit card, PayPal and Google Pay for online orders, so checkout is quick and easy. For in-person stalls and events, POS is also available.

Our slimes are handmade in small batches, so please allow a little processing time before dispatch. Any current estimates should appear on the product page or at checkout. We always aim to get your goodies out as quickly as we can ✿

Because our slimes are handmade, themed products, returns or exchanges may be limited once an order has been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos so we can help sort it out.
