What is activator and how do I use it?• Activator creates and helps maintain the chemical reaction with glue that results in slime. • Each purchase comes with Borax powder and you will need to mix this with water to create a ready-for-use activator for your slime. Instructions are provided in our Slime Care Sheet and in the QR code underneath your slime tub :) • Before playing with your slime, slightly touch it to see if it is sticky. If it is, add drops of activator at a time to your slime until desired texture is achieved. • Another tip is to add a small amount of activator to your hands before & during playing as well.

My slime has melted/is really sticky. What do I do?• Add small amounts of ready-to-use activator until it becomes firmer and less sticky. • Alternatively, you can place in the fridge but note that it will become very firm and some condensation may happen after taking it out. • As Australia tends to get very hot especially during Summer, slime will naturally melt under these warm conditions. • Some slime textures are prone to be stickier than others (i.e. clear glue-based slimes) and we recommend these for intermediate/advanced users as it may take some practice to play with them!

My slime is really stiff/over-activated. What do I do?• Leave the slime in its container under some heat/sunlight so it'll soften up. • As Australia tends to get very hot especially during Summer, we want to prevent your slime from melting and ensure you will receive it in the best condition possible. As a result, we may over-activate them initially and the slime may arrive firmer than usual.

What is the age range recommended to play with slime? We believe all ages from the age of 7 can enjoy our slime as it offers a multi-sensory experience and the wide variety of textures/add-ins/scents always sparks curiosity and interest! Again, we stress that we do not recommend our slimes for children under the age of 7. Sorry!
